4 Deposits and Withdrawals

• The welcome bonus can only be received once per account.

6 VIP Membership

6.1 Cashback Terms

• Cashback is calculated based on weekly net losses.
• Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
• Silver: up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
• Gold: up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
• Diamond: up to 0.8% weekly cashback.

Example: if a Gold member's net loss in one week is ৳20,000, they will receive ৳20,000 × 0.5% = ৳100 cashback. Cashback is automatically added to the account each week.

6.2 Tier Changes

Advancement in VIP tier depends on a Member's regular activity and playing patterns. 999bet bd reserves the right to change the structure of the VIP program at any time, but current members will be notified in advance.

7 Gaming Code of Conduct

All games on 999bet bd are conducted in a fair and transparent manner. Members are required to follow this code of conduct across all categories, including slots, live casino, sports betting, and fishing games.

• The outcome of each game is determined by Random Number Generator (RNG) technology.
• Exploiting any software vulnerability or bug for an advantage is strictly prohibited.

8 Prohibited Activities

Any of the activities listed below are strictly prohibited on the 999bet bd platform. If this prohibition is violated, the account will be immediately closed and the balance may be forfeited.

• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial transactions.
• Playing games using automated bots or third-party software.
• Attempting to access another member's account.
• Creating an account using a false identity or information.
• Deliberately exploiting technical errors on the platform to earn money.
• Colluding with other members to gain an artificial advantage in any game.

9 Account Suspension and Closure

In the following circumstances, 999bet bd may temporarily or permanently close a Member's account:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms.
• Failure to verify identity or submission of false documents.
• Evidence of suspicious transactions or fraud.
• A court order or request from a law enforcement agency.
• Extended inactivity (failure to log in for more than the specified period).

A Member may also request the closure of their account at any time. An opportunity to withdraw any valid balance will be provided before the account is closed, unless forfeiture is required due to prohibited activity.

10 Limitation of Liability

999bet bd is not liable for any loss suffered by a Member due to technical errors, server outages, or failure of third-party services. However, every effort will be made to resolve such issues.

• Any claim of a technical error regarding a game outcome must be reported via live chat within 48 hours.
• If an internet connection is lost, the outcome of an incomplete game will be determined according to the server record.
